Configuring VxLAN on Arista EOS

In this lab I will be using Arista vEOS ver 4.25 to create a Leaf/Spine topology and configure VxLAN make use of Cloudvision Exchange to share VTEP information.

The configuration has been spread across different links to keep the single topic short and avoid lengthy configuration pasted in the pages.

Objectives of this lab:

  1. Build a Leaf/Spine topology
  2. Configure IP addresses on all the interfaces.
  3. Configure BGP for underlay.
  4. Configure EVPN for overlay
  5. Configure VxLAN interfaces.
  6. Configure MLAG
  7. Configure virtual ARP and virtual MAC.
  8. Configure CloudVision Exchange
